Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of PokerFolio (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
What PokerFolio is
PokerFolio is a personal record-keeping and analysis tool for poker players — it tracks sessions, hands, bankroll, and provides calculators (equity, ICM, variance simulation, range building) based on the information you enter. It does not facilitate real-money gambling, does not connect to any poker room, and does not process wagers of any kind.
No financial or gambling advice
Calculations shown in the app (equity, ICM, expected value, variance projections, ROI, and similar figures) are computed from the data and assumptions you provide, for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a guarantee of outcomes, and are not financial, legal, tax, or gambling advice. You're responsible for your own decisions at the table and for complying with the gambling laws of your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions
Premium features are offered via auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies — we don't process refunds directly.
Promo / referral codes
Promotional codes offered by partners may apply a discount to a subscription for a limited time, as configured for that specific code. Codes are non-transferable and may be restricted or discontinued at any time.
Your data
You own the poker session and hand data you enter into the app. See our Privacy Policy for how it's stored and handled.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code beyond what's permitted by law.
- Don't use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its calculations are free of bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
